My charger keeps tripping. Can you help?
Yes. We'll test the circuit, protection and charger to find the cause, and explain the options before doing any work.
Can you replace an old charger whose maker has gone out of business?
Yes. We can remove it and fit any modern smart charger, often reusing the existing circuit if it's suitable.
Can you move my charger?
Yes. We'll look at the new position and the cable route, and give you a fixed price.
Will you beat Octopus's price?
Yes. For the same charger and the same standard of installation, we'll beat Octopus's advertised price, and we'll set up the app and link it to your Octopus account before we leave.
